The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a metro stop just a short walk away. This made it super easy to explore the city and get around. Another great thing was the strong and reliable wifi connection. It was a relief knowing that I could always stay connected without any issues. I was a bit disappointed with the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It didn't quite have the luxurious feel of a 5-star hotel that I was expecting.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious and exclusive experience. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with professional staff and top-notch amenities. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation, and the massage was a highlight. the treatment room was a haven of tranquility and indulgence. the restaurant served delicious and diverse meals, and the in-room breakfast was a great way to start the day.
The only minor issue that I encountered was the lack of sun loungers in the garden area. Despite this, my overall experience at this hotel was incredible, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a luxurious getaway.

The hotel is located in a vibrant and convenient area of Istanbul, close to a metro station. It is next to a metro station that provides direct access to Kadikoy, making it easy to explore the city.
The hotel staff lacks basic manners and fails to acknowledge guests in common areas, such as elevators and hallways.
